Carlos Enrique Tejera, also known as "Carluccio", is a filmmaker and photographer born in Venezuela, now based in Miami and NYC. Tejera served as the Ibero-American Competition Specialty Programmer at the Miami Film Festival, curating international feature films for exhibition and competition. After founding his production company, Sfumato, LLC, Tejera directed music videos for RED Music of Sony Music Entertainment and YahYah Music.

His latest short film “MANICURE,” starring Stef Dawson (“The Hunger Games” saga, “The Paper Store”), is currently circulating the festival circuit with its next stop being the Oscar qualifying Woodstock Film Festival.

Tejera is leading the SERHANT. Studios expansion in Florida, creating premium real estate content that generates millions of views across all social media platforms for celebrity Broker Ryan Serhant’s offices in Miami and Delray Beach.

Tejera received his B.F.A. from the Tisch School of the Arts (NYU) with a minor in The Business of Entertainment, Media, and Technology.
